Introduction
------------
It is, in effect, a complete Monte Carlo of a single PMT. Indeed it was
developed as such. It deals with all aspects of an individual PMT:-
o The response.
o The internal geometry.
o Internal photon transport.
Probably the only reason for selecting this within a user application is to
extend the range of the GEO SU (q.v.).
