Warning
=======
 
TJITT is no longer used in the simulation of the PMT response, since that is
now represented by a skewed Gaussian function. Still, we require to assume
something for fitters in order to compute a chi-squared, so TJITT has been
retained for that purpose, as an "equivalent symmetric gaussian" of the current
model.
