Description
-----------
 
   This bank contains the data on the PMT efficiency asymmetry.  It is ONLY to
be used to study the effects non-uniform PMT performance on the off-line
analysis code.  PMTs within the selected Z band have their hit efficiencies
reduced by the reduction factor specified.  Photons that are affected are lost,
they are not bounced.  All 3 pmt models (black disk, grey disk and 3d) are
affected.

Use the command file  sys_tube_asym.cmd to set the PMTE bank to the standard
setting.

        Fixed length Database Header.  See titles_dbhdr.html
 
       I = integer, F = floating point.
 
         KPMTE...        Mnemonic bank address relative to start of
                         user data.
 
  1    I  _ENB           Enable flag:  = 0 disabled, = 1 enabled.
 2..10                   Reserved for possible future use.
 11    I  _TYP           Selection type: = 1 By PMT Z, = 2 By panel Z
 12    F  _EFF           Efficiency reduction.
