    This bank contains all the parameters to describe the photcathode response
when using the full PMT simulation. It is stored as  wavelength table of the
probability of an absorbed photon causing a hit to be registered in one nm
steps from 230 to 700. The contents of this bank is transferred to the common
defined in pmt_pcath_resp.inc
