I am an Associate Professor in the Carleton ATLAS group in the Department of Physics at Carleton University. I am a member of the ATLAS experiment at CERN's Large Hadron Collider (LHC).
My research is in experimental particle physics, with a focus on precision measurements of particle collisions and the development of new experimental and data-analysis techniques.
My research interests include:
- Higgs-boson and electroweak physics
- Precision measurements of Standard Model processes
- Machine learning, including high-dimensional and unbinned measurements
- Jet reconstruction, calibration and detector performance
- ATLAS detector upgrades and R&D for future particle detectors
