    This bank contains pre-calculated cross section data for ES.
    The radiative correction for ES is controlled by ES_RADIATIVE_FLAG in MMSW bank.
    These tables are calculated by using PNuE.cxx in QPhysics.
    The reference is Bahcall et al, PRD 51, 6146-6158 (1995).
