Introduction
------------
 
TCA is a processor that looks for correlation between entries in a pre-existing
HBOOK file.  The basic correlation is by time (hence TCA) but other
correlations, such as position or event size may be specified.  The correlation
is described by a TCAR titles bank which has the same basic format as NTPR, the
standard n-tuple bank.
