The code allows the use of either binned PDFs made from MC ntuples, analytic
PDFs, or a combination of both. PDFs are initialised by the routine
mxf_make_pdfs.for. Array PDFs are created at this point in
mxf_make_array_pdfs.for in which the relevant ntuples are read in and
the required arrays are filled and normalised. The analytical PDFs are
normalised at the initialisation stage too.
