Notes
=====
1. The default method for calculating on-line tubes is to use
the DQXX info, the current ECA validation status, and the tube
status from the RSPS bank.
2. Only phototubes which have pedestal-corrected charges greater than
or equal to this software threshold will be included in the Nwin
calculation. The software threshold will not be applied in the
Monte-Carlo.
