Description
-----------
These banks contains data for the PCA processor. There are 3 banks:-
TPCA 1 Overall Control
TPCA 2/3/4 2:Gain 3:Walk version 1 4:Walk verion 2
The TPCA 1 Titles Bank
This bank selects the type of calibration, the laserball position and the
validity range of the generated constants.
Data Words
---------
Data types: B(bit), I, F, D(double), H(hollerith 4 char)
Fixed length Database Header. See titles_dbhdr.html.

The TPCA 2 and TPCA 3 Titles Banks
These banks control the specific calibration. TPCA 2 for gain, TPCA 3 for
walk version 1 and TPCA 4 for walk version 2. They have the same structure.
