Description

These titles banks hold the likelihood function used by the neck likelihood 
parameter of the classifier in the form of tube to tube probabilities. These
probabilities are normalised such that the sum over the detector equals 1.
TNEC contains the probabilities for neck events, TNEC 2 contains the 
probabilites for PCA events.
