        Fixed length Database Header.  See titles_dbhdr.html
 
1  ITHRESH   This is the software threshold, do not attempt to fit any event
             which hit fewer than ITHRESH different PMT's.
2  JWIN      Flag for cutting out of time events, if = 1 cut out of time events
3  WINEAR    If JWIN = 1, cut events more than this number of ns early.
4  WINLTE    If JWIN = 1, cut events more than this number of ns late.
5  NCUTMX    Do not cut more than this many hits.
6  ANXX_PCA_MASK  Mask for ANxx PCA tests. 
7  ANXX_NU_MASK   Mask for ANxx Neutrino tests.
