    This bank holds constants for a single subprocessor of the Random Access
Analyser (RAA) system.  Each subprocessor n 
has an optional associated RAAS n bank. The bank layout is determined by the
requirements of the subprocessor; there is no generic layout.  Indeed, if a 
subprocessor has no need of its RAAS, then the layout is not even defined.
