Written out at the beginning of a run by SHaRC.  The bank lists the
high voltage information for one NCD HV power supply.

Data Words
----------

	Fixed length Database Header. See titles_dbhdr.html

    Data types: B(bit), I, F, D(double), H(hollerith 4 char)
