 n        ENU       	neutrino energy.
 n+1      NuProb      	probability of neutrino with energy (n+1).
 n+2	  NUDERV        second derivative of probabilities as determined
                        from spline fit (from Numerical Recipes).
			 
The HEP  values come from the calculations of Bahcall from his 
website, also check out the papers Phys. Rev., C56, 3391 (1997)
and Rev. Mod. Phys., 60, 297 (1988).
