   This bank contains the time distribution of PMT pulses including pre-pulsing
and late pulsing (but not after pulsing).  The data was derived from 225 tubes
in the Queen's database by Richard Ford.

  1	 Number of entries in PMT time distribution.
  2-N    The PMT time distribution is specified with two entries per line.  The
         first entry is the time relative to zero (defined as the time which 
         would have been given for the PMT in the old code), the second is the
         cumulative probability that the PMT would have fired at a time earlier
         than the first entry.
