   1  I EL_CHANNEL    What FECD channel to put signal in (assumed card 15,
                      crate 17)  

   2  F EL_T_OFFSET   Time offset of trigger pulse (centroid of Gaussian,
                      times are arbitrary MC times)

   3  F EL_T_SIGMA    Sigma of Gaussian spread on time of trigger pulse.

   4  F EL_Q_MEAN     Mean charge produced in channel EG_CHANNEL.

   5  F EL_Q_SIGMA    Sigma of Gaussian spread of charge of trigger pulse.
