Description

    This bank contains the average ratio of pedestal subtracted QHS to QLX for 
    each of the 32 motherboard channels.  This data is used by the improved
    PCA gain calibration (mode 5).  Documentation explaining how the gain
    ratio was measured is available on Manhattan:
