   This bank contains the data for the Charged Current generator
differential cross sections, d(sigma)/dEd(cos(theta)), for electron neutrinos.
 
Data Words
----------
 
        Fixed length Database Header.  See titles_dbhdr.html
 
	The data is organized as a 3-d table, with each neutrino energy (ENU)
having several different COS(THETA) values and each COS(THETA) value having
several energy-cross section pairs.  The number of values for each ENU
and each COS(THETA) vary.  The 'index of next ENU' points to the position
in the titles file where the next neutrino energy will be found.  The
following gives an schematic of how the table is arranged:
