        Fixed length Database Header.  See titles_dbhdr.html
 
      I = integer, F = floating point,  H =  hollerith (4 char)
 
  Wd Typ  Mnem.   Description
 
        KATPA_
   1  I           Number of words per entry.
 
  Then, for each entry:-
 
  +1  I   CODE    Particle or target code.
  +2  I   FLAGS   Flags.  Currently = 0.
  +3..H   TEXT    Particle name (first 20 chars) and target name (last 20 chars)
