Description

This bank contains a list of channels to be flagged as bad in hardware in ANxx.
Channels in this bank will be flagged by the KANX_FLAG_HARDWARE bit in the 
ANxx banks.

This bank should only be used to flag channels that are known to be bad from
hardware studdies. It was motivated by the discovery of a swapped pair of
PMTICs in Jan 2005. Channels found bad in software should have an analysis 
designed to flag them and this should then be implemnted in the ANxx framework.
