GED_*

• Calling sequence: call ged_*

• For NEXT and NEAR:-
  1. Call own GEDX.

  2. Call all internal GEDA or GEDX.

  3. If NEXT and IGE_NEXT_TYP $<$ 0 then new region unknown but have left through surface -IGE_NEXT_TYP so:-
     1. Set up default next region for this surface.

     2. Call GEDA or GEDX for all other regions that can be reached through this surface (if any).

• For PICK:-
  1. Call own GEDX to pick a point.

  2. Reject point if it lies within an internal boundary i.e. continue to call internal boundaries only if lge_pick_fail is not true.

  If the point is rejected, GE_PICK will pick again. This is discussed in the User Manual, see Picking in Multiple Regions.
