Description
-----------
 
    This family of banks follow a single generic form with a vector of one or 
more words per crate/card/channel/cell.  Entries in all banks are ordered by:-

  channel  i_channel = 0..32
  card     i_card    = 0..15
  crate    i_crate   = 0..18

The data for a given crate/card/channel is stored in:-

    loc =    nw_ent *  Logical_Circuit_Number 

 where:-

    nw_ent = number of words in the entry vector
