The generic media code mnemonics are held in id_media.inc. The MEDA offsets
refer to the MEDA titles bank of optical properties (see media.html for
instructions on how to obtain these from the MEDP_MEDA look-up table).
Also note that the generic "code" is equivalent to the EGS4 media number.
