Description

   These banks contain the information from those NECK PMT's that exceeded the
   discriminator threshold in a particular trigger.  The format is identical
   to the PMT bank so will not be duplicated here.

   Note that there are NO corresponding Px and PIx banks for this data as 
   the plan is to phase out those banks.

   There are four neck tubes in total. Two (ID: 9901, 9902) are installed in 
   the neck. The other two (ID: 9903 9904) are installed in the pipe box.
