Description
-----------
 
    NOTE: The "vertex" contained in this bank is the point at which the muon
    crosses a radius of 850cm on its way into the detector.  The vertex bank
    for FTM gives the exit position, which is defined in FTM as the point at
    which the muon crosses 840.7cm on its way out.  Sorry for the confusion...
