Carleton Biophotonics Research Group, Department of Physics

Welcome to the CBRG Homepage!

The Carleton Biophotonics Research Group (CBRG) is a Medical Physics Group in the Department of Physics at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. Our research program involves the development and application of optical molecular imaging techniques for biological discovery. The goal is to develop optical tools that facilitate quantitative and rapid analysis related to disease detection and monitoring, and have the potential for future clinical and industrial translation.

Research Opportunities

We are currently looking for Master's students, PhD students and undergraduate researchers (Honours Project and summer research) to join our team. Please contact Sangeeta Murugkar with a CV and transcript.
